I go to Cecilia's yoga classes and I love them! She explains everything really clearly and I always leave the class feeling properly stretched! Teaching Approach

Be present, really present

I have been teaching yoga since 2018. Throughout these years, my yoga practice has changed, and so has my teaching, and it will continue to evolve. One of the main goals in classes now is to help students to create a state in which they are present in every action, in every moment, even just a fraction of mindfulness.

In class, we will be using props, such as yoga blocks, straps, blankets, bolsters and sometimes chairs, to help us to enter the pose. Everyone's body is different. We will work together to customise the yoga for each person's body.
